Here is the lovely Kiwi gentleman for whom we made the meltaway in the bathtub! He was very happy and may just eat them all himself.

He told us he lived out in the country on the north island in New Zealand - had never been out of the country and didn't have a passport until the week before he travelled to SFO.

If you're asking about the planogram, that's a retailing thing. It's kind of a "road map" to your retail space, where you lay out in detail which product (and how much of it) is displayed where. In this case, given the context, it would seem to encourage food retailers to add more international foods cultural categories (from that vendor, natch) to their product mix.

“Who loves a garden, loves a greenhouse too.” - William Cowper, The Task, Book Three

"Not knowing the scope of your own ignorance is part of the human condition...The first rule of the Dunning-Kruger club is you don’t know you’re a member of the Dunning-Kruger club.” - psychologist David Dunning

My DW and I didn't attend the FFS last year or this year. I don't recall ever seeing the Japanese knife booth before.

I think it was a special display. There were a few other foods tucked in there as well.

While Kerry was enjoying her luxury lounge, I was stuck in the cattle area of Delta:) This is what $11 gets you:) Kerry was still in my head saying, protein, not chocolate and pastries.  I had a wonderful time. If you ever get the chance to play with Kerry, do it!! I am too old to keep up with her, but she is very patient. She walks fast, and knows everyone! Had a marvelous time and can't wait until Niagara-on-the-lake workshop in May. Thanks Kerry.
