Doesn’t appear to be an awful lot better than breakfast. I’m holding out for decent supper for you.

A bit dry - supper is away - place called Joule

Could be interesting if I found the right one! Korean fusion steakhouse. My fingers are crossed.

That's what I want to see on dessert plates! None of that "dice-sized cube of cake topped with 3 grains of rice pudding and a passing illusion of whipped cream scented air" one-bite stuff. That's fine for the savory courses in a tasting menu but desserts should be full of sugar and morning-after regret... :D

It's kinda like wrestling a gorilla... you don't stop when you're tired, you stop when the gorilla is tired.

An astute observation! Perhaps not a motivating factor just an unconsidered side effect.

Hungry, were you?

There were 9 of us at the table - only got two of a couple of the small plates - got about one bite of each plate - actually left a bit hungry!

About five years ago when we were visiting Seattle, we ate at Revel, which is a sister restaurant to Joule. Our meal there was amazing. Looks like Joule delivered for you just as well.

Indeed - and no real option to stop for a burger after! One guy was going for fish and chips
