Doggonit, I already have too many unexplored (or barely explored) cookbooks. That said, the prose and ideas of the introduction were well worth $1.99 on their own. Thanks, Toliver. (...I think. I may have to upgrade my storage before long.)

I own the hard bound version of Eric Greenspan's The Great Grilled Cheese Book: Grown-Up Recipes for a Childhood Classic: A Cookbook, so perhaps I'm in that group.

This is a very nice book if you like professional cookbooks from michelin star restaurants. Lots of nice dishes and explanations. Not useful for home cooking, recipes are very difficult and involved.
