Does green tea help to lose weight?

I'm a little fat and I have heard that green tea is helpful to lose weight . Is it really?

I always drink milk tea, if green tea can help to lose weight, I am going to buy some green tea!:x

No.

 

But if you drink a lot of very sugary milk tea, switching to something unsweetened will help cut calories.  Or drink tea of any type instead of snacking when you're bored and not really hungry.  But if green tea alone had magical weight loss properties, many of us would opt to be a little less fat.

Green tea has caffeine, and is a stimulant. It makes me hungry.

It depends on many factors. Begin with regular exercise and portion control. But yes, green tea is very nice as a beverage! And so is beer, wine or water.

I think I have to find something to instead milk tea right now...:(

It's too hard for me to eat less, maybe I have to exercise more.
