Hairy Crabs, aka Chinese Mitten Crabs (大闸蟹 dà zhá xiè or 毛蟹 máo xiè) - an autumnal treat. Served with a soy sauce and ginger dip.
Here is one before I steamed them (to show size.) Two were full of roe. Lucky me.
