PBS The Mind of a Chef S 5

this is an unusually interesting PBS show.

 

Season 5 has started a few weeks ago.

i hope.  Up to you.  S503  is about Frying   I don't do this.  and Im bereft because of it.

 

im hoping you might eventually see this show.

and then two of the Chef's go to Prince's Hot Chicken in Nashville.

you would need to  see the show if you can :

 

one chef said to a friend that  He was going there,  and getting extra Hot.

 

the friend  suggested he might want to put a roll or two of toilet paper in the freezer for the next morning !

 

 

where else can you get such solid advice ?

 

guess I better start frying .  just a bit.
