Some days I wish I had a larger butcher block*

For a stand mixer Hamelman calls for 900-1000 revolutions.  This was 30 seconds on speed 1 to stir and 3 and one half minutes on speed 4, 968 revolutions total.

 

 

*Edit:  I do of course, just not end grain walnut.
