Pastry and Chocolate schools

Hello!

I'm interested in moving to Spain for a while to study pastry and more specifically chocolate. I've already worked with chocolate, but I don't have any official training, and I would like to have some sort of certificate.

Does anyone know which schools are good?

I'm mainly looking for long term classes. But if you have recommendations for weekend classes that would be interesting to know of as well.
