Frozen 'fresh' Pasta

Recommended Posts

I over-bought at an Italian deli a few weeks ago, including a 1/2 pound of (what was then) freshly made pappardelle pasta.

I threw it in the freezer and now wonder whether before I boil it, I should:

a) thaw it first

b) just throw it still frozen, into the boiling water

c) doesn't matter, either way is ok
