The Palmetto is the Manhattan with rum I think.
There are also a lot of interesting rum old fashioned to be tried.
Two versions I had and enjoyed :
Santa Teresa/simple syrup/fee brothers whiskey barrel aged bitters
Smith & Cross/cinnamon syrup/orange bitters (top with rhubarb bitters)
