its just that simple

 

eat too many Calories, based on what you use day to day === Fat.

 

that's just the way it is

 

this is so uncomplicated, however

 

every year there are about 8 billion $$ in weight loss programs

 

every year

 

 

which suggested to me and only me, that that  8 bill does not work

 

as such

 

as they will be back next year for their 8 Billion
