Whole chicken yield?

Recommended Posts

skin and bone are included in the leg and wings

id say roughly 6 lbs of chicken will get you 3 lbs of just skinless boneless meat

no snacking while you remove the cooked meat from the bone.

I do this all the time w my vertical chickens on the weber

never thought to weigh the meat after it was removed from the Ck.   Wings are Chef Treats and

do not enter into the equation.

I just don't want to look back and think "I could have eaten that."

Unsupervised, rebellious, radical agrarian experimenter, minimalist penny-pincher, and adventurous cook. Crotchety, cantankerous, terse curmudgeon, non-conformist, and contrarian who questions everything!

The best thing about a vegetable garden is all the meat you can hunt and trap out of it!
