...if (and only if) this question won't overwhelm you...care to say what sort of baking you like to do?  What sort of bakery do you plan to start?  Breads, savory pastries, sweet pastries? 

 

On the other hand, if it's an overwhelming question, then just say something along the lines of 'lah lah lah can't hear you' ...or just ignore this invitation to say more on the topic... :wink:
