I like to remind people to check out Amazon UK and the other country sites for books not available in the US. This morning I picked up:

Honey & Co

The Modern Preserver

Our Korean Kitchen

Shipping for the three was $19US.

Honey & Co. Is a delightful read. I have said elsewhere that Middle Eastern cuisine it's one of my least favourite  but I have made a number of recipes from this book and enjoyed them.  The cucumber pickles and the carrots pickles are easy and tasty. I have made the Bukhari bread and plan on making some of the lamb and poultry dishes.
