Ya I share the recipe of it:-

Ingredints:-

1 tbsp sugar

small bunch mint

juice of 3 limes

soda water

Method:-

1) Muddle the sugar with leaves from the mint using a pestle and mortar (or use a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin).

2) Put a handful of crushed ice into 2 tall glasses. Divide the lime juice between the glasses with the mint mix. Add a

straw and top up with soda water.

Now your mock tail is ready for serve.

To make a mocktail and not just a mint lemonade you should add some "bite" to replace the rum. You want something complex that you will sip and not just a thirst quenching big drink. Try making a coriander syrup, a hot pepper syrup or a ginger syrup to add to the drink. You could even add some bitters if they're not afraid of a single drop of alcohol...
