UK - Wondra Flour

Hi, Wondra flour appears quite regularly in MC@H but isn't easily available in the UK. Is it generally a case of substituting all purpose flour and better mixing or should we use an alternative ingredient. Thanks

In the UK your can buy Carr's sauce flour.

Is it the fact that Wondra is pregelatinized or is it because4 of other factors as well?

I used Sainsburys (a British supermarket) own brand sauce flour in the chicken wings recipe, it worked perfectly. It has the granular texture that I've read Wondra has. I'm convinced it's the same stuff. About 60p for 500g - bargain!
