I have the MC Books and maybe since I have been unable to read page by page of ALL the books this might be a dumb question. Is there anywhere in the Books a COMPLETE List of ALL the "Chemicals" used for the recipes in the book? I think a List would be nice to have.

We had a recipe search function where you could select the ingredients in a list. There was also another list you could select of all the equipment used. Unfortunately that function seem to have disappeared when they gave the website a new look... :-( Maybe an administrator can tell us if the function is still available?

Hi guys,

When we changed up our website, we had problems converting the search feature. We WILL be getting that back up, hopefully soon.

In the mean time, you might want to check out the "Glossary of Cooking Terms" in the back of volume 5 (it starts on page V). While this won't give you page numbers, it will give you an idea of all of the different Modernist ingredients used.
