Unfortunately I can't make it to Naples anytime soon, so may I please selfishly request first or second hand reports from Ciro Salvo's new pizzeria 50 Kalò, which apparently has just opened. It is closer to the center than the Salvo location on Largo Arso. Salvo's pizzas were among the finest I've tasted, and I'm very curious to know the details of what Ciro may do differently or how he will adapt to the new location/clientele.
