Having grown up in the South, I didn't find the racoon to be what I would consider exotic or adventurous...Had it many times along with squirrels and even possum on one occasion. But I can honestly say at this point in my life I can't forsee ever eating any of the other options at this dinner.

I guess I am not that sophisticated or adventurous. More power to them!
