Tapioca maltodextrin and tablets

Hi,

I'm Looking for a way to make a alcohol tablets (like gin), witch i can put into a soft drink (like tonic) to carbonate it and add alcohol flavour. Inspiration was "Lychee and Lime Soda" recipe from Modernist Cuisine. They use a Dextrose, a Baking Soda (with i can replace with Fizzy, Texturas brand) citric acid and lime essential oil combined and grinded into a fine powder. After that, they add a few ml of water to powdered lime base and form a tablets. Tablets are combined with clarified lychee juice when serving.

Any idea how can i do similiar thing with alcohol ?
