Ok, all of you cookie bakers.
I'm pooped.
I made all of the dough yesterday and put it in the fridge--I do better that way. Making dough, letting it chill and then baking it all in the same day makes me antsy and I rush too much.
Anyway, I baked everything today:
These aren't cookies, but I doctored up a box of Ghirardelli brownies (don't judge me, they are just as good as I can make scratch or probably better lol) with some chopped up peppermint patty candies
Soft molasses cookies. They taste just like Christmas to me.
Sugar cookies that have cream cheese and almond extract in them.
@Ling's lime melt-aways. I could eat every one of these. Not today...I'm sick of cookies today...but I could tomorrow.
I thought for sure I had some raspberry jam--or just any kind of jam in the cupboard, but no. And I had already made the dough. So I used a can of raspberries and made my own.
Some all packaged up for my wonderful UPS delivery man. Excuse the ugly ziplock bags --he seems to be here every day except for when I make him something and then he's never here lol.
And now I need a glass of wine.
