Apologies in advance. As I write this I'm half in the bag.

This is simple enough that it must have a name already, and in my slightly inebriated opinion is quite tasty.

1 oz rye

1 oz cynar

1 oz green chartreuse

enough lime to balance out the sweet and bitter

Anyone know what it's called?

George Giuseppe Bruno.

It's kinda like wrestling a gorilla... you don't stop when you're tired, you stop when the gorilla is tired.

If that's got 1 ounce of lime (and that's about what I would put in it; I like sour), it would be sort of in the Last Word template. For example, a Final Ward is equal parts rye, green Chartreuse, Maraschino, and lemon.

Doesn't sound like yuck to me.
