Liquid Egg Yolks in the UK

Any idea if there's any cash and carrys/shops that carry it, as my need is usually on short notice.

No idea I'm afraid, but you can freeze egg yolks after beating in a pinch of salt or sugar to prevent excessive thickening. They are very porous, so store in an airtight container in the freezer, split up of course into the quantities that you will use each time.
