Walking through the busy kitchen of Oklahoma City's newest Chick-fil-A restaurant at Memorial Road and Pennsylvania Avenue, Dan Cathy, president and chief operating officer of the Atlanta-based fast-food chain, demonstrates how to make an Icedream cone. He chats with a customer and recommends honey mustard as a dip for his sandwich, bringing the patron the sauce himself. In other words, he doesn't shy away from restaurant work of any kind.

The business that you lose on Sunday is more than offset by the incremental business you make up the rest of the week.

I don't believe this for a minute, but its his company and he can run it as he pleases. Having said that, I'd still like to be able to buy their stuff on Sunday :laugh:
