Underberg Bitters

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have had a tin of Underberg Bitters in my pantry for 12 years. Are they still good?

I made "Cookingwithdog's" Okonomiyaki for dinner and it was far too yummy and now Im stuffed and would like a sip of bitters

to heal me.

Is anything alcoholic generally good forever?

Wawa Sizzli FTW!

Spiritous items will last essentially forever though their flavor can change over extreme time. Liqueurs, especially fruit or floral flavors, are less stable. Herbal things are a good bet. These guidelines may not apply for stuff under about 20% abv.
