Does anyone else have experience using this? Santa brought me 250 sheets of it and I just baked some preztels on it...which are now fused to the paper. Did the low ph from the baking soda bath cause this? Any ideas on how to release them?

Have used that same brand for years. Get full-sheet pan size in the 1000 ct box and am usually well-pleased with it. Exception: anything too moist. It doesn't seem to do well with wet. For bagels etc I mist with cooking spray. before putting the pieces on which helps.
