Ok, i've been dipping asparagus in my soft boiled egg all summer, but now the season has passed what do i dip into my egg?

I'm not really into just plain old soldiers.

Help needed i'm racking my brains for veg thats coming into season but drawing a blank, please help

Haricot verts, lightly blanched.

Oyster mushrooms.

Lightly sauteed strips of cepes mushrooms. Goes great with egg.
