Except in Philly we don't say erzatz... fugazy would be more typical

As another NJ person (Morris County ) we have Texas Weiners - the chili sauce on a dog on a bun BUT living in Hooks TX it HAS to be a small bag of Frito's on the side, cut open, ladled in chili, onions, cheese and hot sauce.
