dried sakura ebi

Hello! A friend gave me a package of dried sakuara ebi from the Izu Peninsula. Do you have any suggestions on how to use them? Thank you!

The first two dishes that come to my head are:

1. Kakiage (a type of tempura)

2. Okonomiyaki

I really like sakura ebi gohan, where the shrimp are cooked with rice, lightly flavoured with salt and sake (you may prefer a splash of light soy sauce and a little ginger as well). It's especially nice with green peas or shelled edamame (added after rice has cooked).
