dried sakura ebi

I really like sakura ebi gohan, where the shrimp are cooked with rice, lightly flavoured with salt and sake (you may prefer a splash of light soy sauce and a little ginger as well). It's especially nice with green peas or shelled edamame (added after rice has cooked).
