Pierre Herme concession at Selfridges

Recommended Posts

FYI just noticed ph now has a concession in the Selfridges food hall. Macs and chocs only alas so no your Ispahan cravings will have to wait.

they claim the goodies are baked in France and shipped over, which sounds likely given phs famously industrial gourmand production muscle. Contrasts with Laduree which I believe bakes its goods on an industrial estate in Ealing.

Prices are £1.70 le piece eight quid for a hundred grams, which is fairly aggressive but understandably so.
