I was wondering if anyone knows of a kosher smokehouse in the NYC area where I can get high quality smoked salmon, whitefish, sable, etc...

Acme Smoked Fish in Brooklyn sells the kosher products that you're looking for.

They're open to the public on Friday's from 8 AM til 1 PM.
