Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse

  • 1-1/2 c whipping cream
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c chocolate syrup
  • 3 T cocoa
  • maraschino cherries and mint for garnish

In a well chilled mixing bowl, beat cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla and mix until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the syrup and cocoa.

Divide into 6 parfait glasses and chill for at least two hours.

Garnish with cherries and mint if you like.
