I've looked into this in the past and as far as I can tell you can't get them- that said browsing through the Yuzu obsessed forum on the Japanese forum

It seems that someone is at least having a crack at growing them in the UK see their site below - maybe worth getting in touch?

The Japan centre in London also sells good bottled yuzu juice as does Mount fuji online.

I love yuzu but someone suggested to me that yuzus are what in the US are called kumquats. Anyone any views of this (maybe this has been disussed in the Japanese forum, in which case my apologies) ?

They are out of season at present but you can get bottled Yuzu juice....about £12 for ca. 80g mind...

Why must it be fresh yuzu ? Yuzu-koshou (yuzu w black pepper) is a great way to get the genuine yuzu flavour if the pepper isn't an intrusion in the dish or dishes you're planning. It comes in little jars and keeps well.

Yuzu was always a mystery to me - you read up and discover it's called 'citron' in English, but who ever heard of that back in the UK ?
