Cacao-Vanille by Francois Pralus

Cocao- Vanille is the title by Francois Pralus and Laurence Cailler.

It has a sub title of " L'or Noir de Madagascar A more enticing picture.

Pralus is a rather "underground" chocolate house it seems.

I know Pastry Chef Alex Stupak of wd50 has used it in at least one recipe.

It's in French, of course but any info on this would be much appreciated.
