I've been getting those e-mails too - sent them one today to find out the cost.

Their new automatic temperer with enrober is about $37,000.

pretty molds... i especially like the one that is a scooped out oval.

I really like the teardrop shaped ones under combi moulds.

I also love the way the categories are combined. Christmas & Easter makes sense... as do Flowers & Leaves and Hobby & Sport... but... Hearts & Bears?? Huh?

Don't you know anyone in Italy or Europe that could mail it for you? It is MUCH cheaper that way. Prefamac mails it to them and they to you... I once had this tiny part on my tempering maching- the size of a thumb and chocovision wanted to send itto me for no less than 100$. I had them send ot to a relative in the states for 10$ and they sent it to me for 3$!!

Yes I would probably wait for the next trip to Italy, I have just ordered some stuff from chocolat chocolat, they do have nice new molds and the exchange with the Canadian dollar is very nice now. Its funny because most of the molds are Italian LOL!

Lior, I saw your comment about fruit powder I may have a name to give you to call but I don't want to just give it out. Can you email me? I was able to source some free samples of fruit powder. If you are interested dropped me an email and I'll give it to you and that's for anyone interested. I made some buttercreams and they are very good........
