hi there, id like to try a sunflower seed or something cake, we dont really have it locally (only on some parts but very far) but i could get the seeds from the groceries =P, does anyone have any suggestions on recipes i could try?

what kind of cake would it be best to mix the flavor with?

filling?frosting?coating?syrup?

has anyone tried one before?i would love to hear from you guys.
