I was thinking of making Farinata (first time) during the holidays and would like to try some assorted versions -- does any one know of a restaurant/store-front serving/selling this Ligurian snack.

Thanks, Jan

How did we ever live without Google?!? This sounds like an Italian version of naan or kulcha! Not that there's anything wrong with that... If you find a local source, please do post about it!
