Yes, the man was in Quebec city this weekend, cooking alongside François Blais, executive-chef at Panache, the restaurant at the Relais & Chateaux Auberge Saint Antoine. Great evening. I've posted photos (with comments in Portuguese, sorry...) of all the nine dishes served, plus a little video, here.
