First tasting note I’ve been compelled to write in a while

Almost purple/cobalt in its opaqueness. On the nose, ground espresso, lots of flowers I don't know the name of, berry preserves, 5 spice, toasted vanilla. On the palate, was expecting syrupy sweet but found it very balanced and unctuous in texture. Juicy, integrated tannins with enough mineral to keep it bright. Almost milk-like in texture but so much finesse – a bull that pirouettes around the china shop.
