Those are exactly what I was looking for, thanks. Wish they had a better bulk size than 25g, but it'll do. The reason I'm looking for sicilian pistachio fragments is because they are far cheaper than the whole selects.

we buy all of our candied flowers from candiflor. their website under candiflor.fr is unreachable at the mo, but if you google the name you should get the adress. they carry all sorts of crystalized flowers from tiny bits to whole leaves, and they are quite cheap (kilo violet brisure around 20 euros)

I think they do most of their packaging themselves so it wouldn't hurt to contact them and see if they could sell you a larger package.
