My Grandmother is turning 80 years old and we have rented a house in the Dominican Republic for the celebration. 12 of my female relatives are coming from Mexico City to celebrate and I need some help with menu planning. The house comes with a cook who will make anything we want, but I know nothing about D.R. food. Can anyone give me some ideas of what to ask them to make for us?
