I'm looking for some creative and (surprise) inexpensive ideas for serving trays & presentation for some catering jobs. Any lesser known / great sources out there? Maybe New Yorkers have a few from Chinatown or elsewhere in the city????

One time I was doing an amuse and was racking my brain on how to serve it. It was going to be on a fork, so I wanted something to serve it on, but I didn't want a plate. I went to Home Depot and picked up a case of 6"x6" marble tiles. Just an idea...
