It's looking like I may have a week in Bangalore sometime in September! I'm very excited as I've never been to India. I'll have my days free and am wondering if anyone can recommend anyone to take some cooking classes from who speaks English? I have done alot of cooking and quite a bit of Indian food, but am sure it hasn't been authentic.

Also, any other must go to places to visit - markets and such?
