I am researching for an article on the role of chilies in Goan Food and need easy traditional home recipes for dishes like curries, xiacutis and vindaloo. Can anyone help? Also any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

ps. I will give full credit for any recipes used.

I don't ask for much, but whatever you do give me, make it of the highest quality.
