These are probably my most common thoughts when i'm at work:

The chef's always right. Especially when he's wrong.

It is what it is.

Knife skills like this, I shoulda been a neurosurgeon.

Just get it done.

Plus vite, encore plus vite.

If you can't get a second degree burn and laugh about it, you're in the wrong line of work.
