Noh's Hawaiian Products

Recommended Posts

A friend from Hawaii just sent me an assortment of Noh seasonings, including Char Siu sauce. Ingredients are sugar, powdered soy sauce and spices. You add water to the envelope's powder. My question: If I use this as a marinade for pork ribs, will they burn up on a hot grill because of all the sugar? Has anyone tried these products?

I just did pork in the Lee Kum Kee paste marinade and I heat ted up the the grill then brought the temp all the way down and turned the meat alot. Once in a while I would get that burnt sugar smell but they came out perfect....

The great thing about barbeque is that when you get hungry 3 hours later....you can lick your fingers

Avoid cutting yourself while slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold them while you chop away.
