Ive been cooking over a dozen years. Unfortunately I live in a semi small city that is 99% franchised chains and currently cook in a hospital. Hey, the pay is food and great insurance, but the food sucks. People here barely know basics.
Im here after reading Life on the Line and hoping to get some comraderie and support. Ive tried facebook groups but they just want to be negative all the time. I think as a community chefs should build each other up to be better and better.
