  1. Not sure I understand what you mean. It's not the same, so why would I consider this the source?
  2. VERY close, but no. Ours has patterning on the back, and there is nothing imprinted on ours, not even Stainless steel. Thank you though.
  3. I've looked there, but as you say, mostly antique and silver. very familiar with Kovels. Nothing there either. I've posted there. fingers crossed.
  4. Yes, very similar, but the handles are very straight. We live in Missouri, and it came from a thrift store. My efforts are to find the brand as well as the pattern name so that should be need more in the future, we can consider ordering it. Replacements.com has no idea. I have no idea. I'm just hoping that someone somewhere will know the logo or the pattern. Maybe even have the same stuff.
  5. I must have shamed someone into actions. I heard back from Replacements.com....they are unable to match the pattern or brand. Sheesh. keep me in your thoughts whenever you're looking at flatware.
  6. World Market's is a round design, though I haven't seen the logo on it. good match, but I don't think this is it, because VW puts her name on EVERYTHING and this has no name. I'm back to square one. I've written to Replacements.com and asked once again, with no response. Oh I got the 'thank you for your question' auto response, and I got the 'welcome to Replcements.com' email both promising a response in a couple of days. But then, Nothing. Please, keep an eye out for this logo, it's a little thing, but it's driving me crazy. LOL
  7. I have written to Replacements.com one more time, with a link to this forum posting for pictures. Fingers crossed!
  8. Not sure why it doesn't show in that picture, but they are made in china. I probably edited it out when I first photo'd them without thinking. LOL
  9. Yes, I've searched Google many times. I've tried using a myriad of different words, meanings, "Logo" "Manufacturer's Mark" "Flatware" "Silverware" even "Housewares" and many others and am still stymied.
  10. Well, oddly, I did contact Replacements.com and heard nothing back. I thought maybe they felt since I was not going to be buying anything, that the request was not worth their time. I may try again, but I'm still open to anyone's ideas. Not sure if it's the brand of flatware, or a corporate brand (like Pottery Barn) or what. Just would like to find out.
  11. I'm seeking help in identifying a set of flatware we have, which came with no box. I have searched the internet but to no avail. It's not vintage, but I cannot seem to find this same mark on any other flatware. Anyone out there have an idea?
  12. Hello, New member, retired from state supreme court and lots of free time to look into all those things I love...like kitchenware. LOL
