Hi all, I'm moving from home baking into a small unit and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for ovens? (UK based) Will be used predominantly for brownies & cookies, i'm looking at table top convection ovens around £500 - any horror stories/ experienced baker perspectives welcome! Thanks
