Where exactly is Kanpai in Rosslyn? Is it far from the Key Bridge?

Inspired by this post, I am curious to read fat-guy's article on sushi once more. That was a very eye-opening piece and since his website has been down, I can't enjoy reading it again and again. Does anyone have a way to get it? I emailed him, but never received a response. Would appreciate it very much. Thanks.

those thin wafers are called haw flakes. you can still get them in asian markets, along with white rabbits. ahhh, i can finish half the rolls in those bags, and they're only about a dollar apiece, two max.
